Use when a route is degraded or blocked.
Troubleshooting matrix
- 401/403: verify user role and org membership.
- 409: reload plan and retry with latest version.
- 429: wait or request approval for budget/throttle limit.
- 5xx: capture request id and escalate.
- Stale UI: compare event freshness against SLO targets.
Route-first recovery
1. Reopen the affected route and check whether it's ready, degraded, or blocked.
2. For backend failures, check endpoint diagnostics before taking any action.
3. For budget or approval issues, use the run's live page or plan review — not global retry.
